Digital Products and Services
All purchases of digital products, including but not limited to downloads, subscriptions, webinars, videos, online courses, and consulting sessions, are non-refundable once access has been granted or materials have been delivered.
If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchase, please contact us at support@oliverunzonedmedia.com, and we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue promptly.
Event Registrations
Registration fees for webinars, summits, or other virtual and in-person events hosted by Oliver Unzoned Media are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation by Oliver Unzoned Media, registrants will be offered the option to receive a full refund or transfer their registration to a rescheduled date or similar event.
If you are unable to attend an event you registered for, you may request to transfer your registration to another individual by contacting support@oliverunzonedmedia.com at least 48 hours before the event start time.
Memberships and Subscriptions
All memberships and subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no prorated refunds will be issued for partial periods.
If you believe there has been an error in billing, please contact support@oliverunzonedmedia.com within 30 days of the charge, and we will review the matter.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances (e.g., duplicate transactions, documented technical failures preventing product access) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is at the sole discretion of Oliver Unzoned Media.
